| "Lolita Files" is my real name. It is not a pen name, as incredible as that may seem. There are plenty of Files family members and people who have known me for years capable of validating this. As for the "Lolita" part, my mother named me after the movie based on Nabokov's book, although she saw or read neither. For as long as she lived, she had no idea there was anything sexual or seedy about being called "Lolita". |

After I read this, I flat out REFUSED to take another exotic dancing job!

What's really sad about this whole situation is that area has been a powder keg for a "race riot" for years. I remember once I was taking my son to Duke's basketball camp and asked a gas station attendant for directions and he deliberately gave me directions to a dead end. It was cool but I realized then that I needed to stay the fuck out of NC if ignorant red necks like him were in the majority.
Additionally, when all is said and done, it will be the dancer who is put on trial and not those assholes. In my graduating class there were only three African Americans out of eight of us who started out as freshman. Ain't nothing you can tell about white folk -- they some sick mofo's

You don't have to wait for everything to be said and done, the right wing radio hosts are already utilizing the "she's a whore" defense. I really cannot understand how people sit and listen to hate speech day in, day out. I've just read in the news today that Limbaugh, Michele Malkin, et al. are already ganging up against the Satanic dancer. Let's you know who their audience is, I suppose.
